Shopping

  • Visit our Online Shop and choose your favourite items

  • Select the colour and size you like the most

  • Add to basket :)

Payment

  • Select your preferred payment method. You can choose from the following options: Tpay payment gateway, credit card payment or PayPal

  • Once the payment has been credited, we will start preparing your order

Order completion

  • Products are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Items made to order are dispatched according to deadlines provided for in product descriptions

Delivery

  • Select your preferred delivery method. 

  • Free delivery is available for orders over 200 PLN

  • Each product is carefully packed and properly secured

  • When it comes to ceramics we go the extra mile in order to deliver it in one piece :) 

Returns

  • If for some reasons, you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable
